Worked with stakeholders, including federal and state government and industry players, to devise a fit-for-purpose solution (satellite, 4G, WiFi) and implementation roadmap. - 10-years market sizing, market landscaping, business/manufacturing model study, and go-to-market strategy design on the emerging Open RAN (4G/5G infra) market for a regional conglomerate. -Vertical industry study (construction, mining, energy) in Australia and IoT business case design for a global IT and communications services leader. - Access and design a 15-year tax incentives proposal to the Ministry of Finance for national catalytic development in SEA. Worked with SPVs to identify growth opportunities and project economic impact on the national GDP. - Business repositioning and adjacency expansion study for an AR/VR entity under a national sovereign fund.
