I'd remember Siew Yoong as a very reliable member of the team who always delivered quality. He gives thorough thought to every task and isn't shy to highlight any concerns or offer suggestions to improve certain aspects of a feature. His resourcefulness and pragmatic approach to solving problems had made it possible for us to build many difficult yet key features and tools. And even for complexed functions, his code is always easy to read and maintain. He volunteers useful programming tips and references to colleagues when he sees certain aspects they could improve on, and I have learnt a great deal from him! It was a privilege to have worked with Siew Yoong, and I wish him the best in his endeavours.

I've had the privilege to work with Siew Yoong for the past two years. Technically sound and passionate about games he understands how to take a complete feature and make it work. You know that if you throw a task at Siew Yoong, it will get done. I would gladly work with him again.
