- Working as an electronic technician on 5th Generation BMC Pacific 375 with NOV Cyberbase™ Drilling package jack-up rig, joined COSL Power warm start up (re-activation) at Malaysia, Labuan on April 2018 and commence drilling at Indonesia, Balikpapan and Surabaya, since August 2018. 5-Yearly overhaul and upgrade in KFEL Singapore shipyard in 2021 and resume drilling in Indonesia, Surabaya until end of project in February 2023. - Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting on National Oilwell Varco (NOV) BOP Koomey control, HPS-750, XY-Racker, HydraTong, Mud Pump 14-P-220 Triplex, jacking system; ABB air-cooled VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), Chloride 40KVA UPS & Network UPS, Excel Macro VMS (Vessel Management System), and Caterpillar engines; GMDSS & SingTel VSAT, PABX and Fire & Gas system. - Accomplishment in solving most drilling equipment hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation, network and fire & gas issues. Make improvements on equipment installation and component upgrades to improve efficiency. Drilling system network communication problem solving. Liaise with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and Rig Engineer to overhaul engines, 9 yearly VFD inverters renewal, Diverter control interface upgrade, BMC Cranes load watch system, and CCTV system.
