I had the pleasure of working with Sierra for most of 2018 and 2019. She was a Business Analyst on our team at Virginia Premier. She came from another team inside the company that did not use the same technologies we did; despite that, Sierra was capable to learn, develop, and demonstrate skills in Medicare, Risk Adjustment, SQL, and Excel to solve different ad-hoc report requests as well as maintain and update current reports. Sierra also was responsible for some monthly reports where she demonstrated good attention to detail. She was always open to receive mentoring and coaching and valued her team members' ideas.
