Responsibilities: •Pipeline Management •Proactively provide updates to Home Advisor (HA) on file statuses •Clear change of circumstance tasks and relay any pricing / loan eligibility impacts to HA •Internal communication and expediting with third parties by calling and emailing •Order lock extensions & relaying any borrower costs to HA •Monitor and resolve suspensions with path forward and relay to HA what is needed •Outbound tasks to give the customer a place to upload docs •Withdraw and decline files •Resolve QC items blocking the loan from closing •Assisting with funding roadblocks / status updates •Review Power of Attorney Goals: •Advancing - Review all documents uploaded by the customer and completes inbound tasks in a timely manner. •Troubleshooting - The E2E is the subject matter expert who is able to solve problems efficiently and exhaustively when they arise throughout the loan cycle. They leverage their knowledge of lending guidelines to get creative and encourage the forward progression of the loan. •Expediting - Stay organized around third party items and properly utilizes the escalation channel to keep the loan on track for it's intended closing date. •Team Communication - Consult internal teams by providing proactive / clear communication and detailed background information to the HA so they are equipped to empower the customer to make an informed decision.
