The best way I can describe Sienam is with a story. We once worked together for a hyper-growth startup where Sienam did the OKR Coaching. A few weeks later, HR team approached me asking me for consultants/ coaches for other areas and the request in their words was - "We need a Sienam for X and Y. She has set the bar so high that leadership is not ready to talk with anyone who isn't as good as Sienam in their respective fields." As the founder of Peoplebox, an OKR & Strategy Execution platform, I have worked with many OKR Coaches but it's rare to work with someone who's is as comprehensive and empathetic to customers as Sienam. She has an incredibly deep understanding of OKRs and its nuances of implementing it in companies, ranging from Tech Giants to early-stage startups. Her Udemy course on OKRs is probably the best ROI of any OKR material that we had both for our internal teams as well as for our clients. For every client that we worked together, she came highly recommended. From her past experience of being a co-founder and sales leader, she understand all aspects of real business and how they can be aligned using OKRs. Most importantly, she makes the transformation from the status-quo to OKRs, getting everyone from leadership to managers on the same page, really quick and easy. I can't recommend her more.

Starting with a workshop for the leadership team to hand holding the champions and guiding the check-ins, Sienam has been a great coach and partner in our OKR journey.
