o Core responsibility is for the fit of Men’s/Women’s Bottoms – Pants, Shorts, Skirts, and Skorts.o Proficient in the fit of Men’s/Women’s Sweaters, Knit Tops/Dresses/Bottoms/Outerwear, Woven Tops/ Bottoms, Underwear, and Accessories.o Meet with Design team, Product Line Manager, and Material team for collection hand off.o Create initial block patterns, make the mockups in house as necessary, and then establish block patterns for the assigned categories.o Send tech packs to the selected vendors based on the seasonal calendar. Receive fit samples and adjust patterns, creating the mockups in house to establish a proper fit. o Lead fit session with live models and communicate the fit comments with vendors o Work closely with Product Line Managers, Designers, Planners, Materials Group, and Vendors to solve any issues or problems in a timely and accurate manner. o Review and communicate with vendors on a regular basis to ensure all stages of samples from development prototype through final bulk production are meeting company standards.
