I had the pleasure of working with Sieg at Syft, and while our time together was short-lived, I found him an absolute delight to work with. When I joined the business, he had transitioned from a permanent, full-time, on-premise Talent Practitioner to an independent, remote Consultant in the talent acquisition space, more specifically, while also providing generalist support to the global VPs, where required. He appeared to make this transition seamlessly, which speaks to his adaptability. Sieg is instantly likeable. He has a warm and caring disposition, is an active listener and is passionate about people and making a difference. He ran a number of complex search assignments for the business during my time, and in spite of many a hurdle thrown his way, Sieg’s persistence and service ethic kept him on task, leading to several successful outcomes. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Sieg also supported various Syft leaders with some tricky performance issues, coaching them through the process, while further ensuring they had all the resources they needed. In short, I highly recommend Sieg and wouldn’t hesitate to re-employ him if the opportunity presented.
