Sigi was instrumental in leading the team to build the function and among the various successes included the establishment of a regional learning infrastructure and most notably, Credit Suisse became the first financial institution to be accredited under the FICS (Financial Industry Competency Standards) for its Train to RM Program in 2005 under his tutelage. He is visionary and was able to steer a culturally diverse team towards the goals he laid out, a truly international manager.
