I worked for Sigi for three years. I appreciated his thoughtful management style, and his ability to add value to my work when partnering with senior clients. Sigi led a significant global change initiative for the bank, which involved significant interaction with the Executive Board of the company, as well as many other senior players. Sigi skillfully navigated a very complex landscape to deliver pragmatic solutions that stand the test of time today. While working with Sigi on this project, I learned a a lot about how to manage change at senior levels within organizations, and I am sure that this skill set leaves Sigi very well-qualified to consult on similar matters with other organizations.

Was part of Sigi's pioneer team that established the Asia Campus of the Credit Suisse Business School in 2005. Sigi was instrumental in leading the team to build the function and among the various successes included the establishment of a regional learning infrastructure and most notably, Credit Suisse became the first financial institution to be accredited under the FICS (Financial Industry Competency Standards) for its Train to RM Program in 2005 under his tutelage. He is visionary and was able to steer a culturally diverse team towards the goals he laid out, a truly international manager.
