  In my time with AimValley i have been involved in the development of numerous systems, ranging from large SDH multiplexers to carrier class PBB ethernet switches and smartSFP devices. I have many years of experience working in the functional areas of SDH protocols (MSP, SNCP, DCC, LCAS, VCAT) and ethernet protocols (STP/RSTP/MSTP, LAG, OAM, IGMP/MLD snooping, GARP/GVRP), management interfaces (SNMP, CMISE, Titan) and the datamodelling involved when working with these interfaces. I have worked large embedded systems from configuration management down to driver development.Development in the Telecom industry puts strict requirements on projects around source control, version control and build strategy. These items were important themes in every project i was involved in at AimValley.Starting out as a software developer i have progressed to roles as software project team lead and project manager, enjoying technically complex projects.I have been involved in traditionally managed projects as project manager and in agile/scrum projects as scrum master.
