      For a summer experience, the Alliance for Women in the Media Chapter President Mary Lanoue-Geers suggested for me to apply for the position. It was flexible and part-time so it worked out for my multiple job schedule. We have events, promotions, and companies that contact the station for us to go out on site and promote for them from one to three hours on average. We play the station through speakers, display a promotional game to win prizes/tickets, and sometimes provide opportunities to meet the DJ personality that is scheduled to do that specific event.
