So this one has been long overdue. Have had a chance and pleasure of having Sid on my team for a good part of 2 years. During this time, what struck me most was how siddharth brought a deep data driven insight approach to Marketing and worked on optimising budgets and costs across the projects he worked. Siddharth focussed on quite a few business driven strategic initiatives that help streamline the performance marketing vertical and helped improve various critical Parameters like Lead to Walk-in and Walk-in to Conversion ratios. His work especially during the launch of flagship Projects like Godrej RKS ad the pan India sustenance marketing intiatives were appreciated across the organisation. Overall a wonderful human being both on the professional and personal front, my best wishes to him on his future endeavours
