  Anchored and grounded Projects related to pregnant women, lactating mothers and menstruation. The program is being funded by IKEA foundation. Anchoring 'Usharmukhti' an initiative by the Panchayats and Rural Development Department, West Bengal. Working with 6423 families and 544 Self Help Groups. Working across 37 villages in Purulia district of West Bengal. Simultaneously liaising between Panchayat, Block Officials and also district officials like District Nodal Officer, District Magistrate etc.Acted as a facilitator in order to design a program performed by the rural women in which they played the main role in organizing and celebrating Women's Day. It was one of its kind in the area and showed how women in such rural areas are getting empowered. The women successfully raised their voice and discussed regarding issues of domestic violence, ill effects of liquor consumption.
