Sid Tryzbiak is a winner. I taught Sid during his Black Belt training at Mercury Marine/MotorGuide. Sid was an early adopter of continuous improvement in his business unit, having aleady served as the Quality Leader. He embraced the Lean Six Sigma approach and was instrumental in getting it deployed at MotorGuide, a real hands-on change agent who is intellectually facile and one who understands business process management systems. Additionally, Sid also helped me pilot a Design for Six Sigma initiative to improve new product development. I recommend him for a similar Quality or Black Belt role without hesitation.

Sid is one of the most intelligent people I have ever met and has the most skill sets of anybody I have ever worked with. He has an excellent analytical mind and develops solutions to problems that are seemingly unsolvable. Sid is the true embodiment of "outside of the box" thinking. Sid is a great team leader whether it is a project team or an ISO audit/training team. He takes the time to make sure all of his ISO team members are fully trained and have standard practices to use during their audits.
