  Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area As Judge and later Chief Judge,I participated in 3 judge panels of the Court deciding 300 plus cases annually and wrote opinions in approximately 100-110 cases each year for 21 years, As Chief, I assigned judges randomly to selected panels of judges and randomly assigned cases to the panels for hearing and disposition and managed the administrative , non-judicial activities of the court, and chaired the periodic COA Conference meetings .
