   Coordinate activities of workers engaged in storekeeping activities to ensure effective operations and compliance with established standards.  Evaluate storekeeping activities in order to determine effectiveness and to make recommendations concerning changes as needed.  Confer with superiors in order to provide information and resolve problems.  Assist warehouse Manager in ensuring that casual labors assigned to the store keep records of the food stuff offloaded/loaded at the warehouses.  Deliver goods on request against official and approval documentation.  Perform other related duties as required by the line manager.  Able to prepare & reports, costing and other administrative documentation as required by the management.
