 Helping Project Leader in day to day activities of Project Co-ordination activities e.g. raising indent, making BG request, making Work Order, PRA etc. as per guidelines of KRA in ERP with complete co-ordination with internal departments’ viz. Design, purchase and commercial etc.  Decision-making-authority for project management, site management.  Preparing the total Project Schedule (L2 Schedule) and planning of project activities like design, procurement, dispatch of materials to site & erection activities accordingly.  Coordination with design and engineering team and ensuring the design is done as per client’s specification with best engineering practices and optimization without compromising on quality and safety. Coordination with Design Engineer for timely engineering drawings submission and approval.  To plan and submit Billing Breakup (BBU) timely.  To make proper OPMS with complete categorization of Mechanical/Electrical in ERP.  To release RFM along with Drg./DS/QAP to vendor for timely manufacturing of Items.  Co-ordination for inspection of bought out items by Client/TPIA and attending MDCC from client before dispatch also.  Preparation of quality documents as well as making/updating of MQP of sub vendors.  Float enquiry to various contractor for erection part and mobilize the contractor at site.  Upload important documents in ERP as per guide line of KRA.  Receiving of contractor’s bill from site and prepare their PRA as per guide lines of KRA.  Ensuring the uploading of docs on MDL (submission/commented/approval) in ERP through design dept. as per guidelines of KRA.  Coordination with Clients to short out different issues & comments received on drawings & documents from Client and for final approval of drawings & documents.
