My duty as the rental analyst was to support the rental team in achieving their annual targets, by maintaining, producing and improving the reports that were used by the rental team and also those sent out to customers. Working at an agency exposed me to very diverse positions ranging from catering at Newbury racecourse to serving at VIP events. This helped me to understand different approaches to customer service, as I had to deal with different customers in different environments. During summer after my first year, I spent 10 weeks working full time at Bond Dickinson LLP offices through my agency, working from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. My job as a hospitality assistant was very varied in terms of what I had to do and roles included: setting meeting rooms up for clients and partners of the firm, providing services during office events and meeting any other needs of clients.
