Key Accountability: - Liaise with business partners, EAs and other stakeholders to maintain strong and strategic working relationships - Managing diary and inbox – prioritise and escalate correspondence, action emails and ensure efficient response turnaround time - Arrange travel and coordinate attendance at business meetings, including booking rooms, facilities and catering where required - Meeting coordination, agenda, minutes and action items. - Prepare and collate Committee and Board reports, documents - Assist the Director of Finance and Business Operations in communication, administration and coordination of projects and major works - Gate keep deadlines to ensure project delivery runs smoothly - Preparation of all documents and correspondence generated by the Finance Office - Assist in generating Purchase Orders using Synergetic system ensuring valid documents are provided and allocating cost to the right General Ledger within the budget - Coordinate periodic team meetings (including Work, Health and Safety meeting and team building events).
