Sian stepped in to manage our Northwestern Christian Writers Conference when the previous lead left with just weeks to go before the conference. A million details and communication requirements fell to Sian, and she worked diligently through every issue, maintaining her composure and tracking down a solution or an answer to every new twist and turn. Sian was remarkable in her ability to smoothly step up into a significantly larger role, maintain her professionalism, and communicate effectively with our attendees, faculty members, and volunteers.
