Having worked with Sian for over one year it is clear that she is an ambitious Talent Manager. Sian is a great FitFlop ambassador and maintains our brand at every point of the recruitment process. I am continually told by new employees that it was this process that cemented their decision to join FitFlop. Sian has a clear understanding of business needs and builds strong relationships both internally and externally. Sian is continually looking for new projects, most recently a high profile project with our Asia teams. It is clear that Sian is always on the lookout for fantastic talent and new ideas and this is infectious to all who work with her. I would not hesitate to recommend Sian.

I have worked with Sian for over a year so far at FitFlop and I have really enjoyed it! Sian is really positive about what she does which rubs off on the rest of the team. Working at FitFlop, and particularly recruiting for new team members for FitFlop means that you have to really understand the brand and live our values and Sian does this, passing our passion and enthusiasm for the brand onto candidates. Sian is also keen to take on new challenges and push herself outside of her comfort zone to support the team and to develop herself, most recently working on a large project with our Asia teams. I thoroughly enjoy working with Sian and look forward to continuing to do so!
