  From 2019, I began the role as Store Manager for the Monsterthreads Newtown, Sydney branch. Later in 2020, I moved to Melbourne to manage two of their Melbourne branches on a part-time basis. As a Store Manager, along with using my customer service skills, I am in charge of a team of up to eight staff members. This involves training and rostering. I am also tasked with stocktaking across two stores, resolving complaints, managing budgets and liaising with our Head Office to keep up to date with our latest catalogue and suppliers. My proudest achievement with this position is that I am able to build a strong clientele for the company.

  Along with being a Store Manager, I am also the Social Media Manager for Monsterthreads. I create content for both Instagram and Facebook, showcasing our latest products for customers and clients. I also assist with customer inquiries using these channels, along with keeping up with analytics for engagement purposes.
