Created the final product - a one-pager linking to existing a new training resources. Collaborated with subject matter experts required, managing colleague contribution to the training videos, and stakeholder management to discuss scope in light of competing priorities. • Supported a workstream to update competencies and embed skills into Mars, globally. Projects included managing the updates to learning materials and creating new training resources. • Provided global support and guidance to local delivery of recruitment experience platform, Pathmotion. Set KPIs for local markets to meet across a 1 year and 5 year plan. Collaborated with vendor and local employer reputation specialists to find opportunities to improve and meet KPI targets. • Managed a global onboarding programme from development through to deployment. Deployment involved creating training materials, conducting upskilling sessions and determining the deployment strategy. The project required complex stakeholder management, vendor management and creativity following unforeseen roadblocks and setbacks. Improved and provided supporting materials for recruiters, following post-deployment analysis. The programme was designed for all segments and functions across Mars. • Led various projects within a global transformation of talent acquisition (TA). Joined the workstream at the design phase, drawing out the desired future state of TA at Mars.
