Sian was an asset to my team when working for Oxfordshire Mind. She excited me the moment I interviewed her as the passion and desire to get the role shone through. Her innovations during her time with me transformed the way we connected with clients. Her ability to get a message across in media form was outstanding. Highlights were moving some phone contact to on-line interaction, more professional marketing and transforming how we delivered presentations to community groups. Her simplistic approach to complex issues drove the service through some difficult times. Overall she was an outstanding performer.

Imali Chislett

Sian is a confident and extremely competent member of staff, with a great ability to know exactly what her associates need. She's very good at being flexible and working to continuously support the rest of the business. She does all this with a positive and friendly attitude which brightens up any day!

I provided both group and individual sessions in order to facilitate consultants to build successful desks. I covered a broad spectrum of topics, from resourcing to candidate attraction, and business development to account handling. My aim was to empower consultants to reach their full potential. • Nanny
      • Sep 2009 - Dec 2014

I have worked as a nanny at different points throughout my career. I initially supported myself through University as an agency nanny and found myself returning to this work at different times. Most notably I went back to being a nanny when I had my children. I have worked for a number of families fulfilling both short and long term contracts, providing care to children from 6 weeks – 16 years. My reputation as a nanny stands firm and I have ongoing relationships with all of the families with whom I have been placed.. I have been praised for my ability to establish nurturing, creative and fun environments for growth and development, as well as my capacity to offer practical support and advice to parents. • Temporaries Recruitment Consultant
      • Sep 2007 - Aug 2008

It was my role within this company to co-run the temporaries recruitment desk in their busy Oxford office. This involved attracting candidates and matching them to jobs in my clients’ companies. The jobs I catered for were largely office based ranging from entry-level roles to legal secretaries, and PA’s. I worked closely with my clients, building up strong relationships in order to gain a full understanding of their recruitment needs. I then spent time head-hunting and attracting candidates by drafting advertising copy and using a wide range of media. I screened candidates, interviewed them and carried out background checks in order to match effectively. Show less
