TQM requires that all stakeholders in a business work together to improve processes, products, services and the culture of the company itself. . Quality factors for fruits include the following— maturity, firmness, the uniformity of size and shape, the absence of defects, skin and flesh color/Auditing/Testing/. Many of the same quality factors are described for vegetables, with the addition of texture-related attributes such as turgidity, toughness, and tenderness. . Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily , weekly, and monthly basis of stocks. . Do continuous floor walk in the facility to observe the operations help wherever necessary . .
