My project goal was looking at different ways to increase the operational efficiency of the warehouse. I had to come up with a set of recommendations that would be useful in the process. I was given the opportunity to witness the end-to-end operations (inbound & outbound) that take place in a warehouse and find out if there was any scope for improvement. I also had to analyze why there was a gap between the system stock and the delivery stock. My project goal was looking at different ways to increase the operational efficiency of the warehouse.
