Project Title: Raw Material Requirement Project Description: The report gives a brief insight into the complete process of raw material procurement at the HPCL Mazagaon plant. The various data collected such as opening stock, material received monthly, material consumed monthly and the stock in hand can be used to forecast the inventory for the upcoming years. A MRP report has been made which will help ensure materials are available for production. The safety stock has been calculated which will help in maintain proper level of inventory.
