  SRM-PURA - IT enabled services, aims to provide four elements of connectivity: physical connectivity, electronic connectivity, knowledge connectivity leading to economic connectivity (includes E-Health, E-learning, Woman Empowerment, IT-Empowerment, Former’s Guidance, E-Governance) to village people around SRM University within 15 Kilometer radius. Initially we built a Base station in our campus which links the surrounding villages through wireless connectivity. In each village, we want to set up a KIOSK center to communicate with base station. Using the KIOSK, village people can communicate with the base station on the requirement of their application.

  Volunteered for several diabetes health awareness camp organized by pharmaceutical companiessuch as Cipla Limited & Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd in various parts of New Delhi, India.Educate people about the real facts and myth of the diabetes for instance diabetes is caused by eating too much sugar, it only affects fat people etc. and also gave individualized counselling on diabetes, its signs and symptoms, complications, importance of blood glucose monitoring, how to record the results and lifestyle suggestions.
