  • Partnered with 6 other consultants in formulating a three-year diversity plan for NPR, personally hosting the Community Representation workstream which worked on establishing community connections for NPR to both utilize and learn from in the direct Nashville area. • Created a metric dashboard that would centralize all the key metrics (totaling about 10+ varied metrics) that NPR would need to measure whether or not its three-year DEI plan would be deemed successful. • Hosted 15+ community partner meetings to analyze insights and criticisms to deliver a playbook of direct actions NPR can utilize to be a more representative news source.
