Project consists of Total 750 Villa at 7 locations, (Hail Al-Ghaf, Dhabab, Al-Sulha, Al-Mazaree, Al-Hajar, Daghmar and Al-Ainan). Key Responsibilities Includes: • Coordination with the client/contractor regarding the project issues. • Ensuring quality of all Civil and MEP work as per specification. • Making sure that civil works are undertaken in accordance with the approved procedures/specifications and that construction is made in accordance with the approved construction drawings. • Documentation of project activities and monitor/tabulate all structural civil works. • Ensuring that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements. • To ensure all materials delivered to site are inspected and conform to specified requirements. • Ensuring the concrete quality through slump test, concrete temperature, ambient temperature, pouring within the specified placement time. • To ensure the proper Sampling and Analyzing the Compressive strength of concrete cubes. • Periodic evaluation of backfill material through gradation, liquid limit, and plastic limit also evaluating bulk density, Maximum dry density and Optimum moisture content for Field density test. • Review of manufacturer’s certificate on every consignment of the material for the compliance as per standards. • Testing and commissioning of all MEP items as per MEDC standards. • Summarization and preparation of report on the snag works at site before handing over, and ensuring the proper completion of snag work as per standard. • Preparation of report or any maintenance /rectification required within the maintenance period. • Analysis of the contractor’s extension of time report and evaluation of delays in the project.
