- Settlement Officer collecting and verifying all contractual documents and making of contracts.- The Regional Service Centre (RSC) started in July 2012 with Australia, New Zealand and the Japan market (Hong Kong and Malaysia have since joined) all located in Melbourne. Since the RSC inception, I worked on building up a Settlement team and focusing on efficiency increase and internal control.- Established JP Settlement team as RSC Project. I was involved in building one department from the ground up. I participated in setting up a Settlement process flow, then making all manuals, system development as well as new member training.- Set up the internal control management process and monitored it for the prevention of any infringements in corporate with risk and legal team.
