Worked on a Special Leave Petition concerned with taxation and company law, focused on the question of whether a zero-tax company must calculate depreciation in their profit and loss account as per the Income Tax Rules or the Companies Act, 1956 for the payment of a minimum alternate tax. In furtherance of this, I researched extensively on Sections 205, 349, 350 and 355 of the Companies Act, 1956, alongwith Schedules VI and XIV of the same. I also carried out research on section 115J of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Worked on several writ petitions arising out of cancellation of land allotment to real estate developers in Noida. 3. Researched a criminal appeal arising out of a conviction under Section 302 of the IPC, 1960.

Worked on a project to bring out a report on the implementation of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 1. Worked on drafting a special leave petition concerned with the right to livelihood of street vendors, as well as the 100 Laws Project, focused on recommending the deletion of obsolete laws.
