I worked with Shuchi in several capacities at Google. Over time, she was my mentor, my manager, and my peer. A few things I’ve observed: Shuchi is an excellent client manager who is able to build strong trusting relationships with people at any level. Before moving to management, Shuchi was the sole recruiter for two large technical organizations. The hiring teams and candidates she supported loved working with her. Shuchi is able to develop connections with team members that are genuine, direct, and inspiring. I always knew she would tell it to me straight, with my best interests in mind and in a caring way. Shuchi is able to create and lead innovative programs that had broad impact. She is a very experienced and strategic project manager. I will really miss working with Shuchi, I would be excited to have another opportunity to partner with her.
