I have known Shubhanshi for more than six years now and have worked closely with her, in the same team, for over five years at EY. Shubhanshi is a highly motivated professional with exceptional focus on quality. Her outputs have always set benchmarks in the team for quality. As a person with a flair for conversations, networking comes naturally to her. When in EY, she had maintained a strong network of practitioners in her area of focus - Smart metering and grid. Shubhanshi has been a great team player and a fun person to have in the team. She always made the team atmosphere lively with little effort. This has contributed to sustenance of high motivation levels within the team.
