  NEPL is a CETP of Naroda Industrial Area, Ahmedabad which cleans upto 300 cubic meters of effluent from various industries everyday. These industries include food, pharma, chemicals and dyes, textile and sewage. My current role is to maintain the effluent flow of whole treatment plant and supervise and perform various laboratory tests and operations. These tests include: - COD, BOD , DO analysis - MLSS and MLVSS analysis - TDS, TSS, Alkalinity analysis - Acidity , Chloride ,total hardness magnesium hardness, calcium hardness analysis - TOC analysis by TOC analyser The job comes with working alongside and in various external laboratories run by Gujarat Pollution Control Board. Other duties lnclude: - Manage the record keeping of raw and treated effluent - Supervise operations of whole CETP - Supervise working of Multiple effect evaporator and Spray Dryer Unit Show less
