As the Department Website Assistant, I was responsible for maintaining and updating the department website to ensure it was accurate and up-to-date. This involved working closely with other members of the department to gather relevant information and organize it in a clear and concise manner. Additionally, I was responsible for troubleshooting any technical issues that arose and ensuring that the website was functioning properly at all times. In my role as an Assistant for the Departmental Post Graduation Committee, I worked closely with faculty members to organize and coordinate various events and activities related to post-graduate studies. This included managing communication with students, scheduling meetings and events, and providing support to faculty members as needed. Overall, these experiences provided me with valuable skills in website management, communication, and event coordination. As a full-stack developer, I recently had the opportunity to work on developing a dashboard for multiple products using a variety of technologies including Bootstrap, JSON Web Token (JWT), NodeJS, React.js, REST APIs, Express.js, MongoDB, and HTML5. During this project, I was responsible for designing and implementing the front-end and back-end functionalities of the dashboard. I leveraged Bootstrap to create a visually appealing and responsive user interface, while utilizing React.js for efficient component rendering and management. To ensure secure authentication and authorization of users, I implemented JSON Web Token (JWT) and incorporated it into my REST APIs using NodeJS and Express.js. Additionally, I utilized MongoDB to store and manage data for the dashboard. Throughout the development process, I faced several challenges and learned many valuable lessons, such as the importance of designing scalable and maintainable code structures, and the benefits of implementing industry-standard security practices. Overall, this project was a great learning experience that allowed me to expand my skill set and gain hands-on experience with a variety of modern web technologies.
