•Aim: To develop a propensity model to drive online and offline EMI transactions from Re-engage base and reduce the Cost of Acquisition. •Random Forest Regressors was used to train a classifier for dividing customers into High, Medium, and Low based on their probability to transact, with an AUC score of 0.85 and a Recall of 80.48% on test set. •Analyzed past data and transactions to identify segments showing high frequency of transactions, compared the segments in H base for developing and targeting new segments and checking hypothesis. •Comparison of existing model with new model: •Validated the predictions by mapping April transactions, 37.65% of the total base which was in H was giving 85.89% of transactions, new model accurately predicted 49000 more transactions. •Ran Campaigns on both models, targeting same segments in H base, new model improved conversion rate by 1.6x and reduced Cost of Acquisition by 1.7x.
