Responsibilities • Recruitment and Selection o Coordinate and consult with the department heads for manpower planning and actively sourcing and planning recruitment strategies to meet the required manpower demand. o Responsible for preparing and releasing advertisement in newspapers/portals according to the vacant positions. o Short-listing the candidates for the interview and screening the responses as per the requirement of the company. o Conducting walk-in and selection interviews and negotiate salary of the selected candidates o Preparing appointment letters, joining reports, relieving letters, service certificates and other correspondence with regard to joining and relieving formalities. Induction: o Actively involved in designing the induction and training programme for the new recruits. o Interact with the newly selected candidates and explain the company policies and practices. o Responsible for the daily HR activities and complete the formalities of the joiners Data Management: o Involved in maintaining and updating Employee Database and personal files and details of the employees. o Preparing Hr- MIS report. Disciplinary Acts: o Responsible for issuing all types of letters viz. Warning Letters, Appointment Letters, Employment Certificate Letters, Termination Letters, and Experience Letters etc. to the concerned employees. o Prepare and send Absenteeism letters as per the company standing orders and taking action against indiscipline in daily functioning. Welfare Activities: o Actively formulated and conducted Employee Survey under the guidance of C.E.O. o Introduced weekly meetings to discuss intra-department work-related issues. Background Verification: 1. Submitting all the documents to the vendor to conduct background verification, and check the reports sent by the vendor and keeping a track of SLA 2. Clearing the in-sufficiency raised by the vendor, monthly review meeting with vendor and to maintain MIS tracker. Show less
