  1. Develop a novel algorithm based on reinforcement learning achieves denovo antibody drug design with high performance across multiple evaluation metrics (e.g., hydrophobic, heat resistance, humanization, etc). Alpaca genes serve as the basis for the evaluation dataset. 2. A collaborative workflow of human-AI: work with biology scientists to synthesize the AI-generated amino-acid sequences, and validate through wet experiments. Finetune the AI model on the experiment-based data. 3. Compared to AIDD or CADD methods (autoregressive, ESM, Ablang, etc.), we achieve higher performance in terms of humanization and novelty.
