Shruti and I have worked for more than 6 years at CDOT. She is very detailed oriented and follows an analytical approach to problem solving. She has an inherent curiosity to map the requirements meticulously before starting design to ensure the end product meets all specifications. She has evolved over this period into an expert board designer capable of handling dense high frequency designs single-handedly. She contributed significantly in the GPON project which saw mass rollout and was a successful deliverable for the organisation. Shruti has great communication skills and has worked with multiple geographically dispersed teams like CAD , Mechanical , Assembly , Software and Validation and is aware of the entire product life cycle. I believe she would be a great asset for the current fast paced product cycle environment for any organisation.

I have worked along with Shruti for the majority of her stay at CDOT and have found her to be a very meticulous and self-motivated person with absolute commitment to her job throughout. She pays outstanding attention to the minutest details of any task assigned to her till the time the task is fully accomplished. Also, her role in the successful delivery of GPON and DWDM cards has been remarkable. She has always been a cohesive team player who has mentored colleagues with great enthusiasm. Due to her strong communication skills and warm nature, she often develops a strong bridge with the support groups, technical vendors, ToT partners, etc. She possesses a good knowledge of hardware board design and is competent enough to efficiently handle the development of complex boards starting from architecture conceptualization to an accomplished product. I firmly believe that she will be an asset for any team she works in.
