I had the pleasure to work closely with Shruti as part of launching a start up company, which offers undeniably some of the toughest environments for a young professional. As her direct supervisor, I was impressed by her dedication and hard work throughout. Joining a starting company is never easy, but I witnessed Shruti find herself and contribute to the brand with grace, pro-active attitude and interest.
