She is a core engineer by heart. She has a very good technical appetite and ready to take first time challenges. A very disciplined and sincere team player. She is always mentoring the young team members. She is always ready to extend her support for any technical discussion. She has a very good problem solving capability. She is a gem in team. All the best!

Shruti is one of those sparkling engineers working with whom is a very good learning experience. It is the way she looks at a problem and just straight out tells the root cause. Give her a couple of minutes and she'll fix the problem even if it is not really her responsibility. Very enthusiastic, sharp and efficient engineer. I had the pleasure of working with her on a couple of projects. Working with her on Westbridge bootloader related issues and understanding the software stack of Westbridge, its features and debugging methods was a very good learning experience. She knew what exactly might the issue and how it can be resolved and would just quote which document to look at to understand the issue better. A very knowledgeable engineer. Given her propensity to learn new tools and her adept debugging skills it was much easier to finish the projects. Very good in working as an individual as well as an team player. Team of 5 engineers like her and you've a team capable of anything in any given time frame.
