As an Assistant Analytical Chemist Intern, I underwent GMP Level 2 training, as well as gained a deeper understanding of ICH guidelines. While strictly adhering to GDocP and data integrity procedures, I complied with FDA and ISO regulations. For some wet chemistry testing, I followed USP-NF and Ph. Eur. monographs. Following internal global methods, SOPs, WKIs and raw material specifications, I performed a range of analytical tests on raw materials such as FTIR, specific gravity, viscosity and saponification. Using the data obtained, I accurately completed technical documentation to report results and performed SAP transactions to track, manage and release raw materials in a timely manner and in line with production priorities. After undergoing training, I calibrated equipment at regular intervals and conducted minor equipment troubleshooting. In order to further assist the team, I took responsibility for ordering consumables and provided management with weekly KPIs for improved raw material standard management. Show less
