During my internship, I played a key role in preparing research memos and notes on the Impact of Covid-19 on Female Labor Force Participation Rates (FLFPR). I conducted comprehensive primary and secondary research, delving into academic papers and collecting data on various Multidimensional Poverty Indices (MPIs) across nations worldwide. This involved analyzing and synthesizing complex information to provide valuable insights for client projects. Additionally, I had the opportunity to be part of the operations team, where I assisted in handling employee applications and contracts. This experience sharpened my organizational skills and attention to detail while ensuring smooth and efficient administrative processes. Throughout my internship, I demonstrated a data-driven approach to research, utilizing analytical tools and methodologies to gather, interpret, and present information effectively. I also honed my communication skills, both written and verbal, as I collaborated with team members and engaged in client interactions.
