I had the pleasure of working with Shreya during my time at Optimation supporting the Dept. of Corrections. Shreya was a huge asset to our team, bringing a much appreciated great work ethic and valued experise from her time at IBM & other organisations. She was instrumental in raising the quality of the large volumes of documentation we were constantly producing to meet current and new service and support obligations. All documentation was single-threaded through Shreya without any impact on delivery - just a huge improvement in quality. I later had the pleasure once again to engage with Shreya in her Bid Manager role at Spark. And once again Shreya's work and support was of the highest standard and super efficient.
