The product developed was Protein Enriched Chocolate for malnourished children and the ingredient selected for protein enrichment was Pea Protein Powder as it showcased excellent blending properties with chocolate and did not hamper the organoleptic properties of chocolate. 4 types of variants were developed which were - a. Plain b. Vanilla Flavored c. Butterscotch Flavored d. Dry Fruit Infused Worked on a new product development and research project.
