  I came across the records maintained by this forum wherein it was observed by me that the number of child victims has increased since so many years. Also, with the establishment of this forum i.e. NCPCR, the reporting of such cases has also risen to a certain level. However, still there exists an unawareness among people as they do not know where to report in case of any miss-happening with their child.
