RAC GNITS is a dynamic club under Rotaract District 3150 ( Rotary International District 3150 ), ( Group 1 ). We are joining forces with #Changemakers3150 to make a positive impact in our community! As the Lead Designer within the Social Media Team ( The Creative Team ) of the Public Relations Office ( Public Image ) for the Rotaract year 2023-24, I operated under the guidance of the Social Media Head - Public Relations officer ( Director and Joint Director of Public Image ). Simultaneously, I held the role of an Executive Board Member ( Core Committee Member ) of RAC GNITS, contributing to the Board of Directors. My responsibilities encompassed meticulously crafting and curating dynamic posters for diverse social media campaigns, notably including the high-profile announcement of the new Executive Board for the 2023-24 term. I also made posters for various event announcements ( publicity posters ), winners announcements ( results of various events posters ) and posters on events. From The “HHH” event poster to announcing the winners in the event “The Translation Tapestry” and the event announcement ( publicity ) poster for the mental health event “Hey, Let’s Talk”, etc. This role demanded a fusion of creativity and strategic thinking, establishing a compelling visual presence that effectively communicated key organizational messages and milestones. I volunteered to make short descriptions of the roles assigned to the Executive Board Members ( Creative and Marketing Team ) ( Offer Letter ) during the club’s official swearing ceremony Renewal Rendezvous ( 10th Installation Ceremony ) (2023-24).
