  This was a covid campus placement. I had my taste of achievements. Responsibilities : I was recruiting and managing Field Executives.My role was to manage them in a way that they remain available, accountable and traceable during duty hours. I called them to get them do marketing, often to report and collect their feedback, sometimes to implement marketing project where I guided them with my ideas. Impact - I have learned a lot from my first company, starting from how to work in corporate to how to maintain the relationships with the higher order customers. Besides that, to deal with ground level workers. Often I had to talk to them despite all their difficulties and complains to report to work and finish their work. Staying in Bangalore alone was also a great learning. Achievement - The company organized a month end Friday party and it was a theme based party, though it was for fun and relaxation party we used to play some games and other curriculum activities so I won a badge in that party that is Most Spontaneous Women Executive of the party. I was told that I could decide instantly to keep the field boys at work. Though short, this was a very good learning experience. I could see how logistic (or e-commerce) industry actually worked and imagined what must be going on at the backend of #swiggy and #zomato . I regret I had to leave for very personal reasons.
