Recruitment process of apprentices, Workmen and Officers. 2.Performance appraisal process of Workmen and Officers.3.Training process of Workmen and Officers.Apart from this I also conducted Customer Dialogue Week (CDW) which is a survey to measure internal customer satisfaction. Then I also Learnt different aspects of processes practiced in the company and understood the various nitty grity of the processes from the process owner and gave suggestions to improve the processes.
